The statistics all point to a bottom line of the ripple down effect of unemployment, layoffs, foreclosures, bankruptcies, company closures and the weakening dollar will likely be even worse than during the lockdowns.
The unprecedented importing of precious metals into the USA this year signifies and move towards non fiat currencies and an upcoming crash in all fiat trades, including cryptos. Indicating its time to not only consider but switch to real tangible goods, like emergency foods and even precious metals, especially silver, if you have the resources.
… For the precious metals category, the increase in 2025 from the first quarter of 2024 was $70.82 billion, an increase of 4,843%. Forbes 5-29-25
1. Move Like Your Life Depends on It
“Over the years since I began to focus on improving my cardio health I am so grateful for the jogs and strenuous high altitude hikes up the Maunas. Each time I feel so amazing, bright eyed and bushy tailed.” Benedick
10,000 Steps Daily:
Why? Linked to 39% lower heart disease risk and improved joint mobility, less pain and inflammation, and clearer mind —effects visible in 4–8 weeks.
Pro Tip: walk for 30 minutes after your last meal without any electronic devices. Be mindful of gratitude’s for the day, and plan out tomorrows activity
Pain Management: Walk outdoors to reduce inflammation and improve mood and get natural light.
2. Cold Thermogenesis & Grounding
Ice-Cold Showers:
Benefits: Reduces stress hormones, boosts mitochondrial activity, sharpens mental clarity, the water is also grounding, eases chronic pain and easier breathing via vasoconstriction.
Protocol: 60+ seconds. Build tolerance gradually. Cold showers work too, they don’t have to be ice cold.
Grounding and Sunlight: Pair with barefoot walks at sunrise and sunset, preferably on damp surfaces or shorelines to neutralize free radicals for less inflammation.
3. Fuel for Survival: Fasting & Clean Eating
Zero Processed Foods:
Action Plan: Prioritize whole foods (leafy greens, wild-caught fish, pasture-raised eggs - think supplies for a Mediterranean style diet).
Intermittent Fasting: Start with minimum 14-hour fasts (5 PM–7+ AM) to reduce brain fog and boost autophagy. Eat last meal before dark and improve sleep. Train your body to fast several days, its tough but life changing.
Hydration: Filtered water only—add electrolytes (Himalayan salt + lemon) for adrenal support.
4. Financial Resilience: Divest to Protect
From Fiat to Tangible Assets:
Precious Metals: Allocate minimum of 10–20% of savings to gold/silver as inflation hedges. Get rid of paper notes.
Survival Resources: Stockpile organic non-perishables organic seeds, nuts, canned goods, carbs, water, coffee, dried fruits, fats like ghee, coconut and olive oils and a stash of seeds.
Backup locations for supplies and shelter.
Crypto / Fiat Caution: Shift all cryptos and stocks into decentralized physical assets (land, barterable goods).
5. Stress-Proof Your Mind
Daily Practices:
Breathwork: 4-7-8 breathing (4 sec inhale, 7 sec hold, 8 sec exhale) to calm anxiety.
Digital Detox: 5 hours/day without blue screens, turn off WiFi and engage with the real world out there.
Community: Join local resilience groups—shared knowledge = shared security.
